All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Tickets have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.
Ticket orders are subject to a flat, per ticket service fee, dependant on ticket value.
After purchasing your tickets, you will receive an email with instructions to print your tickets.
This ticket will have a Ticket ID and/or barcode which will allow admittance to the event.
Only one copy of each ticket will be allowed admittance. NOTE - copying or attempting to copy the file/ticket voucher will void the ticket. It is at management’s discretion to void a ticket if it has been determined that a fraudulent act has taken place.
Wait lists or “will call” tickets are not available.
Programs are subject to change and substitution.
Scheduled events may be cancelled or postponed due to scheduling, weather or other unforeseen situations. If an event is cancelled, we will issue a full refund, including the service fee. If an event is rescheduled for another date within three (3) months of the original date the ticket shall be valid and no refunds will be issued.
The management is not responsible for printing and/or pricing errors.
